Julian Oliveros, a 16-year-old from New Rochelle, NY, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2022, in a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred around 3:38 p.m. on Fourth Street near Washington Avenue. Julian was walking with a girl when he was approached by another teenager, Tommy Rivera, who was also 16 at the time.
