Dallas Cooper Jr., a 23-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2022. Born on September 13, 1998, Dallas was known for his infectious smile and his dedication to his family and friends. He was a 2017 graduate of Joseph C. Wilson Magnet High School, where he excelled in football. Recently, he had committed to joining his father and uncle in the family trucking and transportation business, having earned his CDL, which was a source of pride for him and his family.
