In the bustling morning hours of April 29, 2022, a dispute in Manhattan's Alphabet City neighborhood turned deadly, claiming the life of 42-year-old Anthony Ramon. The incident unfolded just after 9 a.m. on East 4th Street, where an argument between Ramon and another man escalated with shocking suddenness.
