Officers from the 79th Precinct and NYPD PSA 3 arrived at the scene to find Singleton with a single, devastating gunshot wound to his
head. Responding emergency medical services pronounced him dead at the location, his life extinguished on the pavement of his native Brooklyn. At the time of the incident, Singleton was a resident of Sterling Place.
