On an autumn day in Baltimore, Maryland, 34-year-old Lewis Jackson was fatally shot while sitting in his car. The incident occurred on October 4, 1996, in the 2900 block of Springhill Avenue. An assailant approached the vehicle and fired multiple shots, ending Jackson's life.

The investigation into the murder led police to a suspect named Rodney Addison. Based on the testimony of a primary witness, Addison was arrested, and in April 1998, he was convicted of second-degree murder and a han ...
