On an autumn day in Baltimore, Maryland, 34-year-old Lewis Jackson was fatally shot while sitting in his car. The incident occurred on October 4, 1996, in the 2900 block of Springhill Avenue. An assailant approached the vehicle and fired multiple shots, ending Jackson's life.
