Deputy Sheriff Jason Charles Schwenz, aged 28, tragically lost his life on February 13, 2001, in Centreville, Maryland. Schwenz, along with Police Officer Michael Nickerson of the Centreville Police Department, responded to a noise complaint at a mobile home on Hammond Street.
