Arthur Hubbard, aged 40, was shot and killed on June 23, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana, at the intersection of St. Bernard Avenue and North Roman Street. Officers from the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) responded to the scene and began an investigation that led to the identification of Levour Lombard Jiles as the primary suspect. Following the investigation, Jiles was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
