Jacklyn Ann Bass, aged 49, was tragically killed on September 21, 2010, at an apartment complex in Greenbelt, Maryland. The incident occurred in broad daylight around 2:30 p.m. at the Gates of Cipriano garden apartments located in the 8500 block of Greenbelt Road.
