In the quiet industrial landscape of Landover, Maryland, a grim discovery was made on January 28, 2013. Inside a building on Rainswood Drive, the life of 48-year-old Keith Massaton Watson had been tragically cut short. Mr. Watson, a resident of Upper Marlboro, was found with apparent gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The nature of his death led Prince George's County Police to immediately classify the case as a homicide.
