In the quiet industrial landscape of Landover, Maryland, a grim discovery was made on January 28, 2013. Inside a building on Rainswood Drive, the life of 48-year-old Keith Massaton Watson had been tragically cut short. Mr. Watson, a resident of Upper Marlboro, was found with apparent gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
