Robert Hodge, a 23-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2014. According to reports, Hodge was shot multiple times in the neck and chest in the 1500 block of Whitelock Street, an area known for recent complaints about drug dealing. The incident occurred around 7:50 p.m., and despite the prompt arrival of city officers who heard the gunshots, Hodge was pronounced dead at the scene.
