On a summer afternoon in Landover, Maryland, three-year-old Knijah Amore Bibb was visiting her cousin's home on August 10, 2014. The young girl, a resident of Northwest Washington, was inside the residence on Forest Terrace when an argument erupted outside between two men. One of these men, identified as 25-year-old Davon Antwan Wallace of Landover, had been in a dispute with a resident of the home, reportedly over clothing.
