Keenan Dixon, a 22-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on September 18, 2014. The incident occurred in the West Baltimore neighborhood of Cedonia, specifically in the 5800 block of Waycross Road. On that evening, police were called to the scene where they found Dixon suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head and body. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, Dixon succumbed to his injuries less than an hour later.
