In the West Baltimore neighborhood of Cedonia, an ongoing feud between two men tragically culminated in the death of Keenan Dixon. On the evening of September 18th, police were called to an alley in the 5800 block of Waycross Road where they discovered a large crowd gathered around Dixon, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his head and body. He was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries less than an hour later.
