James Ryan Burch, a 31-year-old resident of Harwood, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 18, 2015, in Croom, Maryland. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., when police were called to the 7000 block of Crain Highway following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Burch suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
