Jamar Green, a 28-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 4, 2015. The incident occurred in the 100 block of North Pulaski Street, where Green was shot multiple times in the head and neck. This brutal act of violence shocked the community and prompted an immediate investigation by the Baltimore Police Department.
