On a spring evening in Coffeyville, Kansas, the life of 47-year-old Caucasian female Kimberly K. Bell was tragically cut short. On April 13, 2017, police were called to a residence at 208 S. Maple for a reported shooting. Upon their arrival shortly after 10 p.m., officers discovered a grim scene. Inside the home, Kimberly, along with 50-year-old Reginald L.
