Amir Billings, a 31-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on September 23, 2015. Billings was shot multiple times in the upper torso while on the 3700 block of Frisby Street. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. Billings had lived on the 600 block of East 35th Street, just a few blocks from where he was fatally shot.
