Terrell Jones, a 27-year-old man from Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on the night of October 13, 2015. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the 5000 block of Palmer Avenue in northwest Baltimore. Jones was found with a gunshot wound to the head and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
