Julian Foster III, aged 17, was tragically killed on July 15, 2022, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 11:49 p.m. in the 1700 block of Argonne Drive. Julian was one of the victims in a triple shooting that also claimed the life of 19-year-old Ernest Mcrea. The shooting was part of a violent week in Baltimore, where multiple homicides were reported.
