Deputy First Class Mark Franklin Logsdon, aged 43, tragically lost his life on February 10, 2016, in Abingdon, Maryland. He was a dedicated member of the Harford County Sheriff's Office, having served for 16 years. On that fateful day, Deputy Logsdon and Senior Deputy Patrick Dailey were dispatched to a Panera Bread restaurant at 3412 Merchant Boulevard in response to a report about a wanted individual.
