Senior Deputy Patrick Bryan Dailey, aged 52, tragically lost his life on February 10, 2016, in Abingdon, Maryland. He was a dedicated member of the Harford County Sheriff's Office, having served for 30 years. On that fateful day, Senior Deputy Dailey and Deputy First Class Mark Logsdon were dispatched to a Panera Bread restaurant located at 3412 Merchant Boulevard in Abingdon.
