Diandre Barnes, a 13-year-old boy from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 11, 2016, after being struck by a stray bullet in the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in West Baltimore^1^. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. when Barnes and another victim, a 21-year-old man, were discovered suffering from gunshot wounds.
