Lennell Reece, a 27-year-old Black male, was driving in the 2300 block of East Preston Street on the afternoon of January 25th when he was fatally shot. The incident, which occurred around 3:15 p.m., left the community searching for answers and a family grappling with a sudden and violent loss.
