Marilyn Jaz Scott, a 28-year-old resident of Bel Air, Maryland, was tragically found deceased on February 7, 2017. The Harford County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of shots fired at approximately 5:56 a.m. in the 200 block of Clarkes Ridge Court. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Scott inside her vehicle, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
