Andrew Terrell, a 41-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 28, 2017. The incident occurred in the 700 block of Bethnal Road, where Terrell was fatally shot following an argument. The Baltimore Police Department quickly identified and arrested Avon Byrd, a 29-year-old man, in connection with the shooting. Byrd was apprehended on May 4, 2017, in the 200 block of East Street.
