On April 29, 2017, at approximately 10:15 p.m., 18-year-old Steven Jackson was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head near the intersection of Baltimore and Carey Streets in Baltimore, Maryland. This incident was part of a double shooting; another victim, 29-year-old Larry Lawson, was also found at the scene.
