On the eve of what should have been a celebratory milestone, 18-year-old Artem Ziberov, a male, was tragically killed in a barrage of gunfire. It was June 5, 2017, in Montgomery Village, Maryland, the night before his graduation from Northwest High School, where he was an honor roll student.
