Mark Earl Leonard Webb, aged 37, was tragically found dead on September 6, 2020, in Montgomery Village, Maryland. The Montgomery County Police Department responded to a call at approximately 5:49 a.m. and discovered Webb lying face down in the parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 9300 block of Willow Creek Drive. Webb had suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
