In the cold morning hours of a Baltimore winter, the life of a young father was tragically cut short. Calvin D. Phillips, a 22-year-old man, was warming up his white 2004 Acura TL on January 6, 2018, in the 6100 block of Macbeth Drive when his life took a violent and unexpected turn. An armed individual approached him, and in the ensuing altercation, Calvin was shot in the head. The suspect then fled the scene in Calvin's vehicle, leaving him fatally wounded.
