On the evening of February 17, 2018, Brandon Andrew Briscoe, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot in Waldorf, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 8:54 p.m. in the 12100 block of Ell Lane. Briscoe was standing outside an apartment building when an unknown assailant approached him. The suspect fired multiple shots, striking Briscoe in the upper body, and then fled the scene on foot.
