Ebony Moore, a 25-year-old mother of two, was tragically shot and killed on December 13, 2018, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a government office in Cherry Hill, where Moore had taken her cousin to the social services office. After crossing the street to buy cigarettes, Moore was shot multiple times while sitting in her car. She was taken to Shock Trauma but unfortunately succumbed to her injuries.
