Deshawn McCoy, a 26-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically killed on March 26, 2019, in a double shooting incident in East Baltimore. The shooting occurred in the 800 block of North Belnord Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, they found McCoy with gunshot wounds to the head and back. Despite efforts to save him, McCoy was pronounced dead at the scene.
