Todd D. Davis, a 35-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2019. According to reports, Davis was found with multiple gunshot wounds in Southwest Baltimore. The incident occurred around 12:35 p.m. when officers on patrol heard gunshots coming from the 1500 block of North Ellamont Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Davis with severe injuries, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
