In the summer of 2019, on the evening of June 13th, the life of 28-year-old Tory Palmer was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. He was a Black/African American male who found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. A ShotSpotter alert drew police to the 500 block of S. Bentalou Street, where a grim scene awaited them.
