In the evening hours of April 29, 2023, tragedy struck on the 3800 block of Harlem Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland, claiming the life of Samuel Green, a 43-year-old Black male. Alongside Samuel Green, another man, aged 44, was also found suffering from gunshot
