In the quiet community of Catonsville, Maryland, the life of Arnold Gilbert Burr II, a 29-year-old male, was abruptly ended on the evening of January 15, 2020, just hours before he would have celebrated his 30th birthday. Burr, a father of two who worked in construction, was found by Baltimore County Police officers suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body in the 100 block of South Belle Grove Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
