Arnold Gilbert Burr II, aged 29, was tragically killed on January 15, 2020, in Catonsville, Maryland, just a day before his 30th birthday. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. in the 100 block of South Belle Grove Road. Baltimore County Police responded to a call and found Burr suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body.
