Melissa Brown, a 31-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically passed away on February 26, 2020. She was shot multiple times in the chest and neck in West Baltimore. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of W. North Avenue, and she was found nearby in the 1800 block of N. Carey Street. Despite being rushed into surgery, Melissa succumbed to her injuries the following morning.
