Nygel Allen-Lee Simmons, a 20-year-old resident of Perry Hall, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 1, 2020. The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. on Stillmeadow Road near Dunfield Road. Simmons was found in his parked car, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. Despite the immediate lifesaving efforts by responding officers, Simmons was pronounced dead at the scene.
