On the evening of June 16, 2020, Brian Keith Green Jr., a 34-year-old man, was fatally shot in what police believe was a targeted attack. The incident occurred around 6:15 p.m. in a parking lot near his apartment on Caerleon Court in Pikesville, Maryland. Green was reportedly shot in the upper body as he was pulling out of his garage. He was transported to Sinai Hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
At the time of his death, Green was a father to two sons, Kaleb and
Brian. A graduate of Archbishop Curley High School, he went on to play basketball for Frostburg State University, where he pursued a degree in Business Administration. Known for his passion for basketball, he was also an entrepreneur who had started his own clothing line called ZOURZ. His family described him as a devoted and loving father, son, and friend with an infectious smile and a big heart.
The investigation into Green's murder is ongoing, and authorities have sought the public's assistance in solving the case. Detectives have indicated that the suspects may have connections to the Washington, D.C. area, a place Green was known to frequent. A silver Lexus or Infiniti sedan occupied by several individuals was seen leaving the vicinity shortly after the shooting.
As of early 2022, no arrests had been made in connection with the homicide. A reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the death of Brian Keith Green Jr. The case remains an open investigation as his family and friends continue to seek justice.
