In the early hours of a Thursday morning in Odenton, Maryland, the life of 19-year-old Oluwatomisi Temidire Adeleke was tragically cut short. On July 2, 2020, at approximately 12:45 a.m., officers from the Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to a call of a shooting in a parking lot on the 700 block of Hammond Branch Drive. There, they found the young man from Silver Spring suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
