Orlando Carranza-Portillo, a 30-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was found dead on May 22, 2021. His body was discovered on the side of Hammonds Ferry Road near the Anne Arundel County line, with multiple gunshot wounds. The discovery was made by a passerby who noticed the body lying near some thick brush. Baltimore County Police responded to the scene and initiated a homicide investigation.
