Brian Christopher Palmer, a 26-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2021. On that evening, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Baltimore Police Department (BPD) officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of Flowerton Road following reports of a shooting.
