In the community of Windsor Mill, Maryland, a verbal dispute tragically escalated, leading to the death of 24-year-old Adia Smith, a Black female. On the afternoon of November 19, 2021, around 3 p.m., police were called to the 1600 block of Belmont Avenue where they discovered Smith suffering from a gunshot wound. She was quickly transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately, she did not survive her injuries.
