Marlen Xioma Maldonado-Caceres, a 30-year-old woman from Windsor Mill, Maryland, tragically lost her life on May 1, 2020. She was found shot in the hallway of an apartment building located in the 7200 block of Chippenham Place. According to Baltimore County Police, the incident was a result of a violent encounter with her ex-boyfriend. The ex-boyfriend, whose identity has not been disclosed, shot Maldonado-Caceres before turning the gun on himself in an attempted murder-suicide.
