Grace Esquivel, a 25-year-old mother from Mason City, Iowa, disappeared on June 10, 1983. She was last seen by her parents after dropping off her six-year-old daughter with them, as Grace planned to go out with friends that evening. The following day, when her parents returned to drop off her daughter, they found Grace’s home empty. Her bed was turned down, and her wallet and driver’s license were left behind, suggesting she had not planned to leave for an extended period.
