John Paul Cruz, a 32-year-old resident of Bryans Road, MD, tragically lost his life on December 23, 2021. Cruz was found shot to death in the driver's seat of his vehicle, which was parked at 5521 Livingston Road in Oxon Hill. The investigation revealed that Cruz had been lured to the location under the pretense of socializing and smoking marijuana.
