Tyjuan Keon Tates, a 19-year-old from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically passed away on February 16, 2022. Tyjuan was born on August 23, 2002, and was the son of Richard Tates and the late Kendra Parker. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools and graduated from Independence High School Local 1. Tyjuan was pursuing further education at the American Trade School, majoring in HVAC, and was scheduled to graduate soon.
