In the early morning hours of March 6, 2022, a sense of unease settled over a home on Garrison Boulevard in Baltimore. Inside, 4-year-old Orion Thomas, a young male, was found unresponsive. The call for help went out around 4 a.m., and emergency responders arrived to a grim scene. The little boy was rushed to a nearby hospital, but despite the efforts of medical staff, he was pronounced dead.
