Orion Thomas, a 4-year-old boy from Baltimore, Maryland, tragically passed away on March 6, 2022. His death was initially reported as a case of an unresponsive child when police and medics were called to the 3900 block of Garrison Boulevard. Despite efforts to revive him, Orion was pronounced dead at the hospital. The case took a significant turn on October 12, 2022, when the state medical examiner ruled his death a homicide caused by drug intoxication.
