On October 20, 2012, 21-year-old Bryan Lewis was tragically shot and killed inside his home on Bicknell Avenue in Louisville, Kentucky. Lewis' mother, Rhonda Mars, was asleep in a nearby room when she was awakened by the sound of gunshots. She recalls hearing her son scream "no" just before the shooting started.
