On May 13, 2022, Britrain Marcelus Gray, a 23-year-old resident of Odenton, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed while working at a McDonald's restaurant located at 1130 Crain Highway South in Gambrills. The incident occurred around 4:45 a.m. when officers responded to reports of gunshots fired at the location. Upon arrival, they discovered Gray with apparent gunshot wounds.
