Andrew Samir Mehany Kolta, a 28-year-old resident of Gambrills, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2018. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:35 PM, in the parking lot of the Beacon at Waugh Chapel apartment complex. Police responded to reports of a gunshot and found Kolta lying next to a vehicle with apparent gunshot wounds.
